Family Hike

With some of the most beautiful mountains around, our family has taken advantage of seeing them up close on a few hikes.  These pictures were taken up Cottonwood Canyon.


This first picture is of Cougars Den.  The hole in the rock is where we are headed.

This is the view from Cougars Den.  I could camp out here
every night just to wake up to this view.

The kids wanted to take the rock path, ok you're up far
enough..come down.  They make me nervous somethimes.

We found a small waterfall. 

We had so much fun.  Hope we do another hike in the fall...

My Baby is in Kindergarten! A day in rewind.

This was a picture just before he realized I was leaving.  There were many tears shed this day and much more to come.

August is for Audi

This is Audi.  Our newest member of the family.  At 9 months old he sure has turned into a great dog with a lot of personality.  Still DOESN'T like to come when called by his name, likes to bark and chase balls.  Really enjoys chewing on arms and hands...in a nice playful way that is.   :)

This is me with all my glorified freckles.  The sun really does like me.  Now if my freckles could be connected I would have one heck of a tan! 

Am I really Blogging??

Ok I am a new at this blogging stuff and I'm really not sure what in the heck I'm doing.  I am just doing a trial post to see if it shows up on my page.  Here goes nothing.
